Shipping Delays

Please allow extra time for courier delays across Australia currently being experienced with all services. We are still dispatching same day for orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri & booking overnight or fast delivery options however once your parcel leaves us it is out of our control. Please follow your tracking link & if concerned please contact Toll 13 88 44 for parcels starting with DX or Interparcel 1300 006 031 with your tracking number. Pricing

All prices for products and shipping are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) is included in all prices.

Ordering

Hi, Hey, Hello! Come in, we are always open! Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our online store. Orders are processed daily, except for weekends and public holidays when they are processed on the following business day. 

Payment

Our online store accepts payments securely via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards or by Afterpay. Paypal is an instant payment service from your nominated bank account or pay with your credit card. (You don’t have to have a PayPal account to use this payment system.) 

Shipping

Express Courier Shipping Australia Wide

We offer FAST shipping via courier services for a flat rate of $10 & for orders over $100 it is completely free* within Australia. Orders placed prior to 11am AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped same day wherever possible. This service is shipped from Brookvale 2100, NSW & takes approximately 1-3 business days depending on your location. Please note overnight delivery is to most CBD & inner metro areas (allow 2-3 days for outer metro & regional areas). Proof of postage & online parcel tracking is included in this service. Delivery is NOT available to PO boxes or parcel lockers. We recommend having your parcel delivered to your place of work or alternate address if not able to be home for receipt of delivery. We use a variety of courier companies to ensure your delivery arrives by the fastest method.

International Shipping

We offer FAST shipping via international courier services including proof of postage & online tracking. Delivery is NOT available to PO boxes or parcel lockers. We recommend having your parcel delivered to your place of work or alternate address if not able to be home for receipt of delivery.

Any additional customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Should your parcel be oversized or weigh over 2kg we will be in contact to advise of additional shipping fees applicable prior to shipping.

 

Click & Collect 

Local pickup is available Monday-Friday 9.30am-2.30pm from our Sydney warehouse in Brookvale 2100, NSW. Please select PICKUP at the checkout. We will then notify you when your order is ready for collection usually within 4 hours or next business day. This service is for collection of orders completed online and note that as Ruby Rabbit Hitched is not a retail shopfront browsing is not available.

Packaging

We take care in packing your pretty party orders into suitable sized boxes & packaging. Occasionally we will use recycled boxes.

 

** Bulky items excluded from free shipping. Shipping quotes will be provided for oversized parcels.

 

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items (excluding pinatas) will be shipped same or next business day once arrived in store. Should you have other items included in your order these will be held and shipped together once your pre-order item is ready to ship.

Product Information

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products on this website, however due to photo reproduction and the handmade nature of some of our items there may be a slight variation in some products. If you require additional product information prior to your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Wholesale & Industry Customers

As a small retail store we are unable to offer wholesale products to other party shops for retail at this time. We love working with industry customers such as event stylists, cake decorators and related businesses. Please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au with your business details to receive our industry discount information.

Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any third party without your permission, unless required by law. The personal data we collect on this website is only used to process your order unless you have indicated that you also wish to be on our mailing list.

Cancelling Orders

Should you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au. We will advise if your order has been prepared and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to retrieve it from our courier service to cancel your order unfortunately. In this case please refer to the 'Returns, Exchanges and Refunds' below. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

At Ruby Rabbit Hitched we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. For change of mind purchases we offer exchanges or credit notes (we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused items). Please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au within 14 days of placing your order so we can arrange for return and/or replacement of your goods. Refunds will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in unopened as new packaging in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items or special order/custom order items.

Your return shipping costs may be eligible for a refund via Paypal if paid with your Paypal account & registered for their Refunded Returns Service - see Paypal.com for further details.
